The Fort Worth Skyline Shoot
There is a meetup group called DFW Photography that set up a shooting event on the Trinity River facing downtown Fort Worth. Perfect night – probably 60 or 70 people were there with all manner of gear. Here are some of the shots with water reflections.

La Quinceanera
My first Quinceanera. Let me tell ya, this was a party! There was great food, 200+ people, a band (heavy on the cowbell), a DJ, costume changes, coordinated dance steps, and some kind of mystical doll. NYC 2011
Got to go with my wife to the Big Apple this Fall. Spent five days there and it was just not enough time. So much to see and do – can’t wait to go back. One particular highlight for me was touring the Grand Masonic Lodge of New York. It was quite something.
Circus People
A family night out to the Ringling Bros circus in Fort Worth. The whole thing was choreographed – it ran like a musical. We all had fun. The 12 dollar cotton candy was stupid.

We got to see Daniella Mason at Poor Davids Pub in Dallas. She’s an amazing talent. Get to her website here.
Fort Worth Zoo
If you haven’t been yet, don’t hesitate. It’s massive and there is so much to see. Most of these were shot with nikon’s 80-200mm.
